Ingame menu

Changes:
- Added an ingame menu so you can actually go back to the main menu now
- Added a placeholder Options button to ingame menu
- Reset button resets to last spawnpoint
- Reload button reloads the whole scene
- Quit goes back to main menu
- Changed player movement again, now a bit faster and wider jumps
